Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift team in Washington, Missouri. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production of transformers, working closely with our team to ensure high-quality products meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand Bills of Materials, instructions, and drawings to perform tasks accurately.
  • Operate a machine that fabricates coils for transformers, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Use a brazing torch to splice wire, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Meet quality requirements of manufacturing procedures, collaborating with the team to achieve excellence.
Requirements
  • Ability to work evening or night shifts, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Basic mathematics and computation skills.
  • Reside or intend to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri.
  • Must satisfactorily complete interview, background check, and drug screen.
  • This position is safety-sensitive, and we will test for THC.
  • Current work authorization for employment within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in electrical assembly or coil fabrication.
