Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team at EFCO Corp. in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the heavy civil and commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and demonstrate innovative solutions to customer forming needs
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates
  • Close orders and follow up to manage implementation and ensure a successful project
  • Review contract drawings and thoroughly interview clients to determine project needs
  • Correspond with existing and new customers to establish and maintain long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Desire to succeed and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred
  • Track record of success and advancement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous successful sales experience preferred
