Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Service Provider to join our team at Hotel Resource. As a Housekeeping Service Provider, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-star level customer service to guests
  • Maintain a clean environment in accordance with brand standards
  • Clean assigned guestrooms, including changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all guests during their stay
  • Replenish amenities and supplies
  • Report guest or maintenance issues and lost and found articles to management immediately
  • Work in laundry areas as necessary
  • Work in a team setting
  • Perform other assigned duties per management and leads

Requirements:

  • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other departments
  • Work flexible schedules and be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain guest confidentiality during their stay
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous Housekeeping experience preferred
  • Must be open to background and drug screen
