Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area, including public spaces, mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors.
  • Remove all trash from areas and restock supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
