Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead our engineering design team in developing process facilities for various projects. This is a full-time position based in Portland, Oregon, with opportunities for local travel and short-term overnight trips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions for mechanical design work and project management
  • Lead technical teams to solve complex problems and develop customer value-driven designs
  • Interpret design requirements and provide expert engineering solutions incorporating safety, cost-effectiveness, and serviceability concepts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • At least 8 years of experience in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Professional Engineering license with ability to obtain reciprocal licenses in other states
  • Proficiency in design and calculation software
  • Knowledge of industry standards and accompanying policies and procedures

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
