About the Role

The SnowSports Assistant Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the SnowSports School at Summit at Snoqualmie. This includes developing and implementing plans to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to SnowSports School staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Operations and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SnowSports School, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the SnowSports School, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
