Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in developing skills for problem-solving, communication, and independence.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, transportation, and social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition, including medical or behavioral concerns.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
- Commitment to scheduled shifts and performance expectations.
- Basic computer skills.
