Key Responsibilities

  • Fully engage at your computer during scheduled shifts to meet our high-volume demands, utilizing multitasking skills and proficiency in real estate contracts and transaction management systems.
Work Schedule
  • Set schedule with consistent days each week, with flexibility in scheduling available to accommodate weekly recurring commitments.
  • Every team member is required to work a weekend shift, either on Saturday OR Sunday, with a maximum of two closing shifts per week, working until 7 pm.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and hear English, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Google Sheets, Google Docs.
  • Proficient in SkySlope or prior experience with a transaction document management system, a plus.
  • Proficient in TransactionDesk and Authentisign, a plus.
