About the Role

Virtua, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with approved techniques and NRC/ACR standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures with precision and accuracy, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced equipment and technology to produce high-quality images and reports.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiology or Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Current N.J. license in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Registered by the ARRT and/or certified by the NMTCB preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
