Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Family Support Specialist to join our team at CHR, Community Health Resources, Inc. This role will focus on providing critical support to families affected by intimate partner violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home and office-based case planning support to families
  • Respond to acute needs of new referrals and coordinate ongoing care
  • Collaborate with a team of IPV and community providers to achieve family treatment and case management goals
Key Qualifications
  • BA in human services required
  • At least three years of experience working with families and knowledge of community resources and services preferred
  • Experience in advocacy work on behalf of children and families preferred
  • Experience with intimate partner violence preferred
Additional Requirements
  • Valid current driver's license and vehicle for regular home visits
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Wraparound process preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required
Compensation and Benefits

$18.86/hour minimum, commensurate upon experience. CHR offers a competitive compensation package and a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture that respects differences and honors the experience of our diverse staff.
