Role Overview:
In this position, you will work in both residential and community environments, collaborating closely with our clinical team to implement therapeutic and behavioral strategies. Your primary focus will be to assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate community engagement through outings, medical appointments, and shopping trips.
- Support individuals in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
- Guide individuals in achieving developmental objectives related to community involvement, budgeting, nutrition, and vocational skills.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene, grooming, and bathing.

Qualifications:
