This leadership role demands over 8 years of IT experience with a strong foundation in application design and development. The successful candidate will be tasked with envisioning innovative software architectures that align with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the application portfolio and design solutions utilizing SAAS and Native Cloud architectures
  • Work in partnership with enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure teams to develop AWS Cloud solution designs
  • Contribute to the establishment of enterprise architectural standards and designs
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with The Hartford's reference architectures and business strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with practical involvement in enterprise-level solutions
  • Exceptional communication and technical writing abilities
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and integration technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with AI and ML
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile development methodologies

This position offers a competitive compensation package, with an annualized base pay range of $125,360 - $188,040.
