Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our expanding Finance team. This role will report directly to the External Reporting Manager and is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare SEC reporting documents, including Form 10-Q and 10-K, and assist with future offering materials.
  • Compile and analyze financial data for quarterly earnings releases and various investor presentations.
  • Examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of global financials and consistency in disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting and reporting standards.
  • Conduct technical research as needed.
  • Collaborate with global controllership and independent auditors on accounting matters.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented with the capability to engage at all organizational levels.

Preferred:

  • CPA certification (or in progress).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm or a similar industry role focused on accounting and external reporting.
