In the capacity of Technology Project Coordinator, we will rely on you to:

    • Oversee and direct small to medium-scale projects of low to moderate complexity.
    • Ensure project outcomes align with established scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
    • Identify and coordinate internal resources and external vendors for effective project execution.
    • Craft detailed project timelines and plans.
    • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Employ approved change management processes to handle modifications in project scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Assess project performance and deliver status updates and reports.
    • Conduct risk assessments and management to keep projects on course.
    • Generate and maintain thorough project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMI certification
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, or a closely related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, including overseeing multiple concurrent projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, systems development processes, organizational change management principles, and business process enhancement techniques
  • Experience collaborating with business users to set priorities and manage expectations
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at functioning in a dynamic environment, often under tight deadlines
