Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

  • Supervise procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
Essential Skills
  • Hard Skills: Degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering, expertise in HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and experience with mechanical subcontractors.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, effective project management, excellent time management, and outstanding communication skills.
Employment Type

This position is offered as a Contract-to-Hire role with a duration of 12 months.
