As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing job sites, ensuring quality and integrity, and collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Success: Oversee project success, including safety, schedule, profitability, and quality.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely and profitable project execution.
  4. Cost Management: Use available reports to manage costs and prepare accurate cost projections.
  5. Change Order Execution: Review and execute all change orders.
  6. Close-Out Requirements: Complete close-out requirements and punch lists promptly.
  7. Performance Evaluation: Provide feedback to estimators for future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: 4-Year Construction-related Degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience in multifamily.
  2. Experience: 5+ Years of experience in managing construction projects and a thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures.
  3. Leadership: Ability to manage large projects of a complex nature and possibly multiple projects.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
