Project Manager Residential Construction

Windward Construction, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals in the luxury home building industry.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our team of Assistant Project Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-end residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Assistant Project Managers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Review and create budgets, specifications sheets, and purchase orders to ensure project scope and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers to review and visit construction sites, ensuring quality guidelines are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Review and approve invoices with Construction Managers to ensure project budgets are met.
  • Communicate effectively with selection coordinators, interior designers, and clients to ensure accurate and complete information is conveyed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance profit margins through strategic purchasing and negotiate change orders as needed.
  • Facilitate excellent client communication through BuilderTrend, emails, and telephone calls.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on budgeting and estimating.
  • Thorough knowledge of purchasing and estimating functions within a residential construction company.
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a drive to achieve results on time.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with BuilderTrend a plus.
