Customer Satisfaction Specialist

GFO Home is seeking a highly skilled Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our warranty team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of warranty claims.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in home building or warranty industry and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
Responsibilities- Review all warranty claims and approve or deny claims according to the warranty policy
- Coordinate and schedule all repairs with the Warranty Technician
- Follow up and communicate progress and completion to the customer
- Communicate to customers what items are not warrantable
- Handle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframes
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
