The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care for mothers and babies, ensuring seamless transitions between departments and facilitating effective communication among healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate care for mothers and babies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree from an accredited healthcare program.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare coordination.
