- Answer all calls promptly, adhering to company greeting protocols.
- Conduct follow-up calls to scheduled service appointments and perform satisfaction checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer software is necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Service Titan software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of inside sales is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
We believe in rewarding our top performers with competitive pay. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for commissions based on membership sales.

This is a full-time position.

Each franchise location operates independently, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchise management.
