Your daily responsibilities will include operating Swiss CNC machinery while engaging in a diverse range of tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor. Your organizational skills and proactive attitude will be key in meeting daily demands and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and adhere to detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Inspect and prepare components for use, identifying any signs of wear, damage, or defects while adhering to quality standards.
- Contribute to the department in various capacities, taking on responsibilities and learning to operate different equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that parts and components meet specifications and standards.
- Utilize a variety of tools and machines, including manual, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, to perform tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing trash, debris, and dirt, and regularly sweeping and mopping work areas.
- Collaborate with team members, demonstrating a willingness to assist others and work overtime when necessary.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers, taking initiative to be helpful and proactive.

Essential Functions:

- Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma preferred; attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to bend, twist, pull, and push.
- Willingness to work in potentially dirty conditions and handle chemicals when necessary.
- Proficient in using hands and various tools, fixtures, gauges, and other instruments.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or work on your feet for extended periods, sometimes under pressure.
- Possess a Can-Do attitude, along with strong time management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and committed to teamwork, always ready to assist others.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, giving your best effort every day, with regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
