Administrative Support Specialist

**Overview**
Catholic Health Initiatives seeks a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to support the President/CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an integral member of the executive office team, this individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive and specialized administrative functions, maintaining the corporate office, and ensuring timely information flow to and from the office of the President/CEO.
**Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include performing administrative support functions with a high degree of accuracy, representing the organization's values, and communicating effectively with the President/CEO and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong managerial ability, and the ability to work collaboratively across function, level, and departments toward shared objectives.
**Qualifications**
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of executive assistant experience in a large organization, and exceptional writing and communication skills. The successful candidate will also possess established skills in planning and managing multiple projects/agendas, be well-organized, and able to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
**Pay Range**
$31.62/hour
