Key Responsibilities- Program Oversight: Develop and implement program plans, ensuring a safe and secure environment for participants.
- Staff Supervision: Directly supervise staff employed as Youth Empowerment Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Residential Team Lead, Lead Clinical Staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including initial assessments and interim reports as needed.
- Transportation and Logistics: Provide transportation for participants to and from medical clinics when necessary.
- Facilities and Resources: Ensure adequate facilities, equipment, supplies, and other resources are available for program operation.
- Training and Development: Train Youth Empowerment Specialists, ensuring their participation in all company training and coordinating their development.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Conduct therapeutic interventions with residents under the supervision of lead clinical staff.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews for all lodge-assigned Youth Empowerment Specialists.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a human service field or a minimum of 6 years of human services experience for those without a degree.
- Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with word processing and computer applications, strong managerial and training skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and diplomacy and tact.
- Certifications and Licenses: Must maintain current certifications in Non-violent crisis intervention, CPR, and First Aid.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. The shift for this position is 12pm-8pm: Friday-Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Due to the nature of our work, it is required that candidates be flexible. Each month requires one week of on-call coverage.
Benefits- Compensation: $22.50 per hour
