Job Title: Warehouse Freight Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Freight Handler to join our team at FHI. As a Warehouse Freight Handler, you will be responsible for unloading trailers, using powered industrial equipment, and performing various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Unload trailers and use powered industrial equipment to remove products from trailers.
  • Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets.
  • Perform duties safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure that operations are aligned and performed to achieve production and safety goals.
  • Perform all job tasks assigned by leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a warehouse associate is preferred.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment, including order selection, product staging, and powered pallet jack/forklift operation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact respectfully with associates, co-workers, management, and customers.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the workday.
