Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload trailers delivering products to our distribution warehouses and utilize powered industrial equipment to remove products from trailers.
  • Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets as needed.
  • Perform duties safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operations are aligned and performed to achieve production and safety goals.
  • Complete all job tasks assigned by leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a warehouse associate is preferred.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment, including order selection, product staging, and powered pallet jack/forklift operation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers, management, and customers.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. The warehouse environment can be extreme in terms of heat and cold temperatures.

Physical Demands:

The ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the workday. Handling cases weighing from 25 to 95 pounds and expecting to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets on any given day.
