Scope of WorkAs a Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health unit, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support patients and their families.

- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program required.
- Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric care preferred.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months.
- Specialty certification highly recommended.
