In the Marietta/Kennesaw/Dallas region, PT Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Clinicians to float across various locations. This role involves balancing PTO requests, volume spikes, and specialty care needs, creating a dynamic work environment where clinicians can thrive while delivering personalized treatment plans and compassionate care.

About the Role
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using advanced manual therapy techniques and specialized exercise programs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to achieve patient goals, ensuring optimal outcomes and high job satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Manage patient caseload and documentation efficiently using electronic medical record software.
Compensation Package
  • A competitive base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • Monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day, providing additional earning potential.

Key Qualifications
  • Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program, with a strong foundation in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care.
  • State licensure and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
