PT Solutions is seeking experienced Clinicians to join our team in the Marietta/Kennesaw/Dallas region. As a Physical Therapist Floater, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations, balancing PTO requests, volume spikes, and specialty care needs.

About the Role
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practices and specialized exercise programs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on patient-centered care and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to ensure seamless care transitions and efficient patient flow.
  • Manage patient records and documentation using electronic medical record software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Salary and Benefits
  • A highly competitive base salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and qualifications.
  • Additional earning potential through monthly patient incentive bonuses, starting at treating 9 patients a day.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program, with a strong foundation in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care.
  • State licensure and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
