At Heartlinks ABA, we offer a unique opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide exceptional care to children with Autism. Our organization is dedicated to creating a supportive environment that allows therapists to excel in their role.

As an Autism Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral analysis services to students with autism and related disorders. This includes creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. You will also create, implement, and monitor behavior plans, as well as provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing these plans.

We are seeking highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented individuals who possess a Master's degree in psychology, special education or a related field. Current BCBA certification is required, along with access to reliable transportation and strong interpersonal and writing skills. Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team is essential.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, referral program, and vision insurance. Bonus opportunities are also available.
