Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operations of our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Care Homes facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complex care environments and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our patients and customers.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all activities related to facility operations, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Develop and maintain robust processes and standards to ensure compliance with health, safety, and privacy regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
- Monitor performance and report any discrepancies, ensuring the highest level of care is maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and report any issues or threats to patient care to management.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in managing or working with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Care Homes.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and privacy regulations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, and vacation days after a probationary period.
We offer flexible scheduling options, including the ability to choose your own shifts, full-time or part-time positions, and on-call opportunities. You will also have the flexibility to select from multiple facilities and clients that suit your preferences.
