About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cell Therapy Liaison to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Cell Therapy Liaison, you will play a critical role in educating healthcare professionals about a novel cell therapy and how to access it at authorized treatment centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering in-depth product knowledge and educating on authorized treatment centers.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive the education and adoption of the cell therapy, analyzing factors such as market conditions, payer/reimbursement landscape, and patient flow/navigation.
  • Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by providing knowledge, experience, and information across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in accounts.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of current or previous nursing experience, with oncology, metastatic melanoma experience, and/or cell therapy experience preferred.
  • BSN or equivalent preferred, with previous clinical education, pharmaceutical sales, and/or field reimbursement experience.
  • Current relationships with key high-volume community oncology practices within geography/metropolitan area preferred.
  • Experience and proven success in accessing and building relationships with hard-to-access customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrable organizational skills, and willingness to travel with some overnight travel.
