We are seeking a highly qualified Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients, providing training and mentorship to RBTs, and coordinating with parents, schools, and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a caseload of clients with developmental disabilities
  • Provide training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and community members to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
  • Hold a Master's degree and BCBA certification
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A lifelong passion for learning and serving underserved communities
