Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Technician to join our team at Asante. As a key member of our Information Technology Services department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
