Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address client goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and supervision to Behavioral Technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
  • BCBA certification and licensure.
  • 2+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a BCBA.
  • 1+ year of experience in In-Home services.
