Addiction Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist to join our team at Rosecrance. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Facilitate group and family counseling sessions to promote recovery and well-being
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Provide education and support to clients and their families on substance abuse and mental health issues
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC) or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
