Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of health and wellness professionals providing In-Home services. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a similar field, and be accredited and certified as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA License).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral evaluations with clients, including diagnostic assessments and naturalistic observations.
• Meet with families, educators, and other collateral to gather information about clients' presenting concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
• Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed.
• Provide training to caregivers and Behavioral Technicians.
• Monitor clients' progress and update treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a similar field.
• Accreditation and Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA License).
• Proven experience as a Behavior Analyst of at least 2+ years.
• In-depth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes.
• Valid driver's license with own transportation and a clean driving record.
