Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong collaboration among global, regional, and local stakeholders concerning Oncology New Product initiatives.
  • Oversee and refine the Global Regulatory Liaison (GRL) strategy: Monitor and report on the evolving landscape of global commercial team meetings for the next 1-2 years.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for New Product Leads across various regions, ensuring seamless coordination with global teams.
  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies and materials to enhance Global-Regional-Local collaboration.
  • Establish and integrate the oncology Enterprise Go to Market (EGTM) portfolio strategy, defining timelines for new product launches.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing performance through strategic plans that expedite execution, improve efficiencies, and align with new product and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for oncology expertise.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated project or program management experience with a successful track record.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse global and regional teams.
