NavitsPartners is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Global Marketing Oncology team. As a key member of our New Products team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the global, regional, and local engagement for our Oncology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust governance framework to ensure effective collaboration among global, regional, and local teams.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with new product launches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, HHDDA, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Precision Medicine, to drive project success.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote new product launches.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Oncology EGTM portfolio approach, identifying opportunities for performance optimization and driving execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of pharma and commercial experience, with a strong background in project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects and teams, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with global and regional teams.
