Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tibco MFT Automation Engineer to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tibco MFT and experience in automating file transfer processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and automate file transfer infrastructure, including protocols, encryption methods, and security controls.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive batch job scheduling system, ensuring timely execution of scheduled jobs and monitoring for successful completion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate file transfer and batch job scheduling processes with existing systems and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations during file transfers, implementing and enforcing best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and stakeholders for file transfer and batch job scheduling-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Tibco MFT experience in Unix and Windows enterprise environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience in managed file transfer protocols and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in file transfer protocols, E2E development/testing of MFT flows, and industry standards for secure file transmission, network requirements, and API enablement.
  • Strong understanding of batch job scheduling concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with PGP and SFTP/SSH encryption algorithms, data security, and compliance standards.
