  • Window Control: Maintain control of the window with an impressment bankroll, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Transaction Accuracy: Ensure the precise completion of all window transactions, verifying the redemption of funds in full view of guests.
  • Cash Supply Management: Complete buy/transfer forms to replenish cash and coin supplies in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Jackpot Disbursement: Process jackpots and fills once all relevant procedures have been fulfilled.
  • Fund Verification: Verify funds received from soft count and provide necessary funds as required.
  • Guest Relations: Maintain a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor towards guests, promoting exceptional guest relations.

Qualifications
