Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multimodal Imaging Technologist to join our team at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures using complex equipment and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines
  • Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures, utilizing sterile techniques as necessary
  • Assist physicians during procedures and provide support as needed
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments and advancements
  • Work independently to produce high-quality imaging studies, meeting departmental standards and expectations
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT) program
  • ARRT registered and hold post-primary certification in a minimum of one additional qualifying discipline
  • Previous experience in a multi-disciplined radiology department, with a preference for two years of experience in an advanced discipline
  • Current BLS certification and completion of CEU requirements for re-certification
