Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team as a travel professional. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment, such as CT scanners and X-ray machines
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of waste
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is met
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
