Position Overview
JT4, LLC is in search of an entry-level IT Support Specialist who possesses a foundational understanding of computer systems and a growing enthusiasm for information technology.

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of senior IT personnel, the successful candidate will engage in a variety of IT-related tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Documenting, monitoring, and managing service requests and technical reports.
  • Providing follow-up assistance for service inquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports, as well as preparing visual presentations.
  • Supporting data entry for designated projects utilizing relational databases.
  • Conducting initial analysis and troubleshooting for technical issues.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This role is situated in a standard office setting, with no unusual hazards. The position requires:
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting while operating a computer.
  • Continuous visual attention to documents and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Completion of one year of academic training in a relevant field.
  • One year of relevant experience may substitute for academic training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Eligibility for government security clearance.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $44,844.80 and $51,563.20 annually. JT4 LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
