Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at APR. This role will focus on servicing a condominium book of business, providing top-tier service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our condominium clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Marketing & Renewals: Create and implement effective marketing strategies, preparing detailed renewal proposals and analyzing coverages to ensure optimal results.
  • Policy Analysis: Review policies, analyze coverages, and suggest additional coverages as necessary to ensure our clients have the best possible protection.
Requirements:
  • Licensing: Must possess a 220 P&C License. Additional insurance designations are preferred.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years (or more) in commercial property & casualty insurance, with a focus on condominium accounts.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Florida insurance marketplace.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Applied/TAM Management System is a plus.
