Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute creative packages and promotions to maximize sales and guest experience.
  • Oversee the management of cash and accounting practices, including forecasting, scheduling, and reservation transaction reports.
  • Work closely with the F&B and Marketing teams to create personalized amenity options and promote hotel services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Hotel Front Office Management, with a strong background in Rooms Division and customer service.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management, online booking agents, and property management software.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
