Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Collegiate Hotel Group. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing the daily guest ledger, handling end-of-day accounting functions, and ensuring the accuracy of all charges to guest folios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit the daily guest ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Handle all end-of-day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax
  • Ensure the accuracy of all charges to guest folios
  • Average the sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments
  • Act as a front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues
  • Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures
  • Organize the Front Desk area to ensure a smooth transition for the morning Front Desk staff
  • Monitor the hotel security camera system
  • Ensure the lobby is well-maintained, properly lit, and with music at a proper volume
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a Night Auditor role
  • Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System)
  • High School Diploma or GED
