Position Overview:

A prominent organization is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to enhance their engineering capabilities. This firm is at the forefront of rugged AI computing and autonomous technologies. The selected candidate will be tasked with driving enhancements to existing or derivative products aimed at maximizing value, minimizing costs, boosting efficiency, and resolving quality challenges. Responsibilities will include documenting testing protocols and ensuring their operational validity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the transition of innovative designs from R&D to production.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Develop and validate new testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal engineering teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in Verification/Validation and R&D initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to computer components.
  • Proficiency in OrCAD and Solidworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the AI or computer manufacturing sectors.
