About the Role:

We are expanding our team in the Long Beach area and are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Security Officer. Candidates must possess a valid unarmed security license issued by BSIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and employees.
  2. Perform general security duties as required by clients.
  3. Remain vigilant to identify, address, and report any safety hazards.
  4. Adhere to DSI and client-specific protocols and instructions.
  5. Engage professionally with clients, visitors, and the public.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and communication means.
  • Successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Skills Required:

Candidates should have:

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to conduct routine foot patrols and perform moderate lifting.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
