Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Family Broadcasting Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality designs and graphics for various media platforms, including on-air, social media, websites, and sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement visual concepts and ideas for video advertisements, social media campaigns, marketing strategies, and viewer newsletters.
- Design and produce web content using WordPress backend, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Translate data into informative charts and graphs for sales functions and digital marketing efforts.
- Design, develop, and maintain web pages and applications for both internal and external websites.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Perform image retouching and manipulation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the creative team to share original ideas and contribute to the development of innovative designs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President and Sales Managers.
- Excellent production skills, preflight, and file/project organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in major business and creative software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
- 3-5 years of experience in print and digital media.
- Excellent attention to detail and a working knowledge of color theory, typography, and graphic fundamentals.
- Possess a basic understanding of HTML and be comfortable working within a Mac-based environment.
- Must be proactive, accustomed to working under deadlines, coachable, and able to work within established brand guidelines.
- Strong layout and design skills for both print and web.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, New Media, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
