Job Overview:

We are currently seeking candidates for various roles within our bakery production team. The available positions include:
- Packer
- Palletizer
- Line Worker
- Sanitor

Responsibilities:
As a member of our bakery production team, your duties will include:
1. Packaging baked goods for distribution to retail locations.
2. Operating equipment to efficiently stack products onto pallets.
3. Managing the movement and disposal of ingredients and ensuring proper placement of pans for product preparation.
4. Assisting in the production line by applying toppings and icing to products.
5. Maintaining cleanliness of equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) using industrial-grade cleaning agents.
6. Completing all necessary documentation accurately as required by the role.
7. Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule:
Shifts may vary, including:
- 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $14.55 to $20.15 per hour, with potential for additional pay based on experience and skill level. Night and weekend differentials are available.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Exhibit strong work habits aligned with GMPs.
- Demonstrate safe working practices.
- Be capable of lifting over 50 pounds regularly.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:
Employees will work in varying temperatures, from -45 to 110 degrees, in wet and slippery conditions.
